ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT FOR 2025
TOWN OF CALEDONIA
Notice is hereby given that the Annual Financial Report for the Town of Caledonia for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, has been completed and is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office at 3109 Main Street, Caledonia, New York 14423, where it is available for public inspection during normal business hours.

LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Office of the Town Clerk/Tax Collector for the Town of Caledonia will be closed on Wednesday, April 29th, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., due to the Clerk’s attendance at a Clerk’s Meeting/Training.
The office will reopen and resume normal business hours on the next regularly scheduled business day.

LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I, Seth M. Graham, Tax Collector of the Town of Caledonia, County of Livingston, State of New York, hereby give notice of extended office hours and final tax collection procedures for the receipt of Town and County tax payments.
The office of the Tax Collector shall be open on Friday, January 30, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and additionally from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Whereas the office is customarily open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Fridays, the additional afternoon hours are being provided to afford taxpayers further opportunity to remit payment prior to the close of the collection period.
FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the final statutory day for the collection of Town and County taxes falls on Saturday, January 31, 2026, when the office is closed. Taxes received on Monday, February 2, 2026, shall be accepted and deemed timely.
FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that on all taxes received after such date, there shall be added interest at the rate of one (1) per centum for the month of February, as provided by law.

LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Caledonia Planning Board will hold its regular meetings for the year 2026 on the fourth Wednesday of each month, unless otherwise noted. All meetings will begin at 7:30 PM and will be held at the Town of Caledonia Town Hall, or such other location as may be duly noted.
The scheduled meeting dates are as follows:
